Robin Green takes the protection of your personal data very seriously, uses it discreetly and values adhering to the data protection laws. Your personal data will only be collected, processed and used if it is necessary to run our online service.

Robin Green AG collects data due to justified interest regarding the use of the website, which its server saves as “server-logfiles”. The following data is collected:

Collection of IP addresses is done in abbreviation. A joint of saved date and other data sources does not take place.

Collection, processing and storage of personal data

You can also visit this website without providing any data regarding you personally. However, to improve our online service we store (not personally) your access data on this website. By registering as a member or partner, personal data such as as first name, last name, gender/salutation, address, phone number and email address are needed.
This data from the registration form will only be collected, stored and used to facilitate the execution of eventual signed contracts between us and the providing of our services as well as the optimisation of our online services.
Due to technical reasons all information which you volunteer to enter into the form (e.g while registering) will be stored. This concerns especially the information regarding services offered/specialisation/references as well as commentaries, user names, email-addresses, password, links and other voluntary information and contents (including images).
If you have given Robin Green your bank information it will be stored exclusively to facilitate financial transactions.

This concerns especially the information regarding the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data, the categorization of recipients who have been disclosed your data (or will be disclosed), the planned duration of storage, to correct, delete, restrict the processing without objection, the right to complain, the origin of data if we haven’t collected it, the existence of an automated decision making tool including profiling and maybe sound information.
According to Art. 16 GDPR the immediate correction or completion of false saved personal data
According to Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of the personal data we have saved, unless the following are not the case: the right of expression, the completion of a lawful obligation, public interest, execution or defense of legal claims.
According to Art 18 GDPR the restriction of the processing of personal data, in case you question the correctness of the data, the processing being unlawful but you object to its deletion and we don’t need the data anymore but you need it in order to execute, enforce or defend what you are entitled to by law oder you have objected to the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR
According to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you made available to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to ask it to be made available to somebody else responsible;

In our service we use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. If you get to our website through a Google Ad, Google places a cookie on your computer (Conversion Cookie). This way, Google as well as us can recognize that somebody clicked on an ad and was forwarded to our services this way. We only learn about the total number of user that clicked on a Google Ad. We do not receive personal data regarding the user’s identity. If you do not want to take part in the tracking process you can object to the placement of the cookies, for example by deactivating it in your browser’s settings.
In our service we use Bing Conversion Tracking. If you get to our website through a Bing Ad, Microsoft Bing places a cookie on your computer (Conversion Cookie). This way, Microsoft Bing as well as us can recognize that somebody clicked on an ad and was forwarded to our services this way. We only learn about the total number of user that clicked on a Bing Ad. We do not receive personal data regarding the user’s identity.
