Consumers have the right to cancel the contract according to the following conditions. The consumer is each natural person who makes a legal transaction, which is not mainly for business purposes or for purposes for its own freelancing jobs.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating why.
The cancellation term is 14 days from the day that you or a third party that you name and who is not the deliverer have taken the order into posession.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you have to inform us (RobinGreen AG, Schaperstr. 18, 10719 Berlin,Tel.: 030 8870 870 20, Fax: 030 8870 870 29, E-Mail:firstname.lastname@example.org) through a clear declaration (e.g through letter sent by post, telefax or e-mail) of your wish to cancel the contract. You can use the sample cancellation form but you don’t have to.
In order to be granted your right of cancellation it is enough to send your form regarding your wish to cancel before the deadline of the cancellation term has passed.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract we need to refund all payments that we have received by you, including the delivery cost (excluding the additional cost that arise if you choose a different form of delivery than the standard one that we offer), immediately and the latest within 14 days from the day that we received the cancellation of contract.
For this refund we use the same payment method that you used in your original transaction unless we negotiated something entirely different with you; in no case will we charge you for the refund. We can refuse to refund until we have received the order back or until you can prove that you have sent it back, depending on which is the earlier point in time.
You need to send the order back to us within 14 days from the day you have informed us about the cancellation of contract. You pay for the initial cost for sending back the order.
You only have to pay for a loss in value of the order if this loss in value can be traced back to you checking the order regarding its condition, attributes and functioning in an unneccesary way.
